Our Story

Grand Homes is a Toronto based residential construction company specializing in Custom homes and renovations. Paul and Jeff Bigioni are the principals behind Grand Homes with over 25 years experience in the building industry. They learned how to build homes, quite literally, from the ground up. Their father, Nick, was a custom home builder in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s and has instilled a strong work ethic and skill set that his boys employ today. To ensure quality, Paul and Jeff only build as many homes as they can personally manage. They do not employ Project Managers. If you choose Grand Homes to build your home, you will communicate directly with Paul or Jeff on a daily basis. The brothers believe that their hands-on approach is their competitive advantage. “Your builder should wear work boots, not designer shoes!”

Grand Homes has successfully completed hundreds of projects in the Greater Toronto Area’s most affluent neighbourhoods and has been privileged to work with many of the city’s most highly regarded architects and designers. It is our mission to ensure that your building experience is enjoyable, as we respect that building or renovating your new home is the culmination of your hard work and dreams.
